Huang Hua Yun Jian

This oolong tea is produced in the Southwest of Anhui Province, China. Special conditions of the region make its taste bitter-sweet and slightly smoky. The ready tea has an extremely long, needle-like leaf of a medium to dark green color. It can be brewed several times at 185 °F.
