
Green tea grows on the same tea-plant as the black tea does. The difference between green and black tea is that green tea leaves do not undergo fermentation. One can find the fleetest number of green tea types in China. About 20 provinces in the said country produce green tea. Japan takes the second place in green tea production. In Japan they take green tea both cold and hot. They begin to crop tea in April in China and in May in Japan.
In both countries they cultivate superior green tea types of high price as well as ordinary tea types of moderate price. As a rule the latter are tea leaves of the second picking or from the lower branches of tea plant.
People who take green tea regularly have beneficial effect on their health. Green tea increases the level of benign cholesterol which prevents hardening of blood vessels walls. It contains the substances which:

The content of proteins and free amino acids in green tea is not less than in the leguminous plants.
NADIN Company would like to remind that the brewing method for green tea differs from that for black tea. The temperature of water for brewing should not exceed 80-90œ C / 185-195œ F. The water should be poured into teapot gradually for 1/3 of its volume at first and to be kept for 2 minutes, then water should be added up to half of the volume and let the tea draw for 2 minutes more. At last some more water should be added but not to the top of teapot. Green tea can be brewed up to 3 times.
